Are you saying the sample is using the time picker widget incorrectly, or that the flutter time picker widget itself is broken?

@Anish-T-GitHub , @domesticmouse the issues maybe in the flutter time picker widget is broken maybe you update the framework resolve this👍

Thanks for filing this issue! This issue might not be related to the M3 sample app as I see the colon shows in the correct location. Could you provide a sample code to reproduce this? Also please feel free to file an issue here
