Fluidd/klipper printer config file

I hope I'm putting this in the correct place.
I had everything working with fluidd and klipper working great. I went to add something into the config file and for reason added a folder into file instead. When I went to delete the folder it deleted my whole config file. I added everything back ,since I had a copy, and now tells me I need to specify the "*_pin" under stepper_x. The issue is it is specified. I even deleted it and replaced it and still the same. Any ideas or have anyone came across this. I know I'm probably missing something but I can't remember what.
