bug描述

通过gva方式新建一个根菜单A，对应的Vue文件里有，作为二级路由；
A下新建2个子菜单a1,a2；
在A中切换到a1,a2时，不是有A中路由起作用，而是layout的根路由起作用；
所以存在路由抽层现象，不能嵌套路由
