Determine how and what we will test.

Box configuration, network, region, ...
How to test with Bitswap for comparison, and what else to compare against
- Maybe see what n0 is doing for comparison
- They seem to mainly compare with http/2, not even Bitswap these days.
Deep trees good for CAR Mirror, shallow for Bitswap, per spec. Include appropriate test cases.
