Hit this while trying to download UltraVNC from here:

https://uvnc.com/downloads/ultravnc.html

e.g. selecting this version:

https://uvnc.com/component/jdownloads/summary/468-ultravnc-1436-x86-setup.html

Whose download link points to this URL (in my region at least), which gets blocked:

https://www.uvnc.eu/download/1436/UltraVNC_1436_X86_Setup.exe
