BACI is missing some country codes in the concordance file. They should be available here: https://unstats.un.org/unsd/tradekb/Knowledgebase/50377/Comtrade-Country-Code-and-Name. Seems that 652 remains a mystery.

Also there is an open question where Comtrade's partners "WLD" and NA should map to.

From the Excel I found 652 as: Saint Barthélemy
