TODO: Stage.js
apply clearAndReset() to all user's layes.
apply clear() to all user's layes.
apply zoomIn()/zoomOut() to all user's layers
apply drag() to all user's layers
consider implementing:
-- Obsever to notify layers about clening command
-- Command to pass it onto each layer that needs to be cleaned.
