Archivo - failing to decode every file I try to archive

For the past few days, Archivo is showing the error - Problem decoding recording on anything that I try to archive. Thanks!

Update - after troubleshooting, I am finding the recordings from one channel always come up with the error problem decoding. It is the freeform-hd channel. Is there a workaround for this issue? Thanks...
