Tests failing due to Figshare download limitations #35

Our automated tests are currently failing because Figshare has implemented download limits, which are preventing successful retrieval of the QDM data required for testing. We are in the process of migrating the data to Zenodo, which should resolve these limitations.

Steps to Address:

  1. Migrate QDM data from Figshare to Zenodo.
  2. Update the test scripts to download data from Zenodo instead of Figshare.
  3. Verify that tests pass with the new data source.
