We need a comprehensive MCX manual for both the users and developers.

Aye! Is this being worked on?
This software looks really awesome and powerful but I'm having trouble using it. I want to solve the inverse problem: finding mu_a and mu_s values that best fit fNIRS sensor data, but I'm having trouble specifying 3d voxel arrays for {mu_a, mu_s, g, n} through the Python bindings. I can't figure out how to use the cfg dictionary in such a way as to specify the voxel values directly and circumnavigate the need to use actual positions.
