Process failed in Converting RAW frames to RGB

everyone, I've been playing with the latest version and got some errors that I don't know how to fix. Step 1 seems finished nut not sure of its correctness. It is Step 3 where I stuck and got errs (why there is no step 2 in the latest version?) The data is downloaded from https://github.com/facebook/Surround360 the both 0.bin and 1.bin. And I put cameranames.txt and config files in the right folders.

Please see details below:
During Step 1, the images was processed, but I got this "could not create logging file" message:

Yet I finised step1. After step 1 done, the images in the raw folder look bit of funny. I'm not sure whether they've been unpacked correctly. It is like each image is covered by grid, and the images are gray. Is this correct?

Then it started to step3, (I deleted the accelerate flag in "batch_process_isp.py"), and I got err like this:

Anybody know what the problem is? Thank you.
And BTW, there really should be a up-to-date mannual, now the data is not fit for the current gui, people are easily get confused. And the 2frames sample data is not suitable for this version either, the ways of arranging the files are very different. Hope there will be proper guide soon.

@Yexin527 were you able to solve this error later? I am stuck in the same situation. Any help or a possible way to solve the problem will be of great help!
