Build error (Missing CONTAINER.tar) for Docker Container for Debian 10 #134

I am following the steps listed here to build the docker container for Debian 10
https://github.com/facebook/fboss/blob/main/installer/howto/Building_FBOSS_on_containers.md

and fail at this step:
sudo yum install -y docker
sudo cd /opt/app/FBOSS_DIR
sudo docker import $CONTAINER_TAR

The reason being, that the container images contains only the centos image
fboss_centos8.tar

there is no fboss_buster.tar which is needed for Debian.
