I didn't found where i can make the themes changes as default in my whole project, I need people (coworkers) download my project via github and have all those changes that i made on the theme, i'm kinda new in the django world so maybe i'm not seeing something.

To share a theme you created with other people running your app (if I understand correctly), you can use manage.py dumpdata and save the resulting json file in your repo.
