[BUG] Volume icon and slider not working when using bluetooth audio

Describe the bug
Everytime I connect my bluetooth headphones, the volume icon in the topbar does not respond to volume changes. Additionally the volume change animation/slider is not shown either.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Connect Bluetooth headphones
2. change volume

Expected behavior
Volume slider should appear while changing volume. Icon in topbar hould update.

I found out that it only happens on the msix version. When using the github release with nightly channel, this issue is resolved

hmm I don't change nothing on media module but I will check.

Maybe the issue occurs when connecting new headphones? And it just worked because Seelen UI got restarted
Edit: Weird not it works flawlessly even when disconnecting and connecting again ...
