[BUG] when i try to run zen browser its opening my documents folder instead #446

Describe the bug
i pinned my browser named zen browser and when i run it explorer runs instead wich didnt happend on the last version

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'taskbar'
Pin 'zen browser'
Click on 'zen browser'
What Opens 'explorer'

Expected behavior
i expect that it will be fixed and i can run the programs that i click and not the other program

btw it only works fine when i add the browser as an ink file (shortcut file)
