Express is a project that I hold in high regard. I have been helping the project from the documentation side as part of the documentation team, but I believe I can support this project even more by being part of the triager team

@bjohansebas has been a very good contributor in terms of documentation. I believe such spirit can contribute to other aspects if given the
guidance. Maybe we all (@expressjs/triagers) need a bit more clear direction?

I also think we should remove the inactive triagers and clean up.

Please allow me to clarify a potential confusion, by clear direction I didn't mean that the current process is wrong or faulty.

Of course the activities of a triager is defined and understood, but somehow personally I feel a bit puzzled sometimes.

I agree... we need to rethink a bit the role and how to engage more as a team. One of the ideas is to create a regular meeting in a timezone that work for all of us. WDYT?

Definitely, that would help. However, as someone who is still absent in all meetings due to timezone differences, I doubt another meeting will simply make it difficult for the people who are attending all the meetings and possibly other meetings on the same day.

I wonder if we could adjust our working sessions' time a bit and move it to earlier and then maybe part of that meeting we could have a segment for setting goals or discussing activities for the triage team.
