Show all data in popup

Would there be a way to show every components' details even if they are not activated in the menu bar. Ex: I only have the battery, ram, GPU, and CPU showing in the menubar with combined details on. However, when I click the menu bar, it only shows extended details for those components. I want to be able to also see data on the disks, sensors, network, etc without having to go into settings and activating them, then deactivating them.
