Make the Groups page search bar look nicer.

I didn't style the Groups page search bar at all...just threw it on the page. Rather than redirect users to a search results page, I am thinking we will load the search results dynamically into the groups list below the search bar (and remove the sort by: selector…can put the sort by selector back whenever the search input is empty).
