Replace the date and block-editor JS libs from Wordpress

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Eventespresso loads in date.min.js and block-editor.min.js These libs are combined almost 1,5MB.
And only 80kb of the code is being used.

Describe the solution you'd like
Can this be changed. For example use another date lib (like date-fns) than the default WP version.
