On 09/05/2023 new blocks were no longer available on the Portal Network. This was caused by the servers hosting our Archival Nodes overheating which fed our Portal Bridges.

This should only be worked on after @njgheorghita is done his work with the new bridge monitoring system. This issue is should be considered lower priority then #989 and #990 as this prevention of down time is > of greater importance. This notification system can look like discord and maybe telegram notification if a large deviation of performance happens over some time scale.
