cmake error at cmakelists.txt & menuconfig errors (GIT8266O-853)

• Operating System: [Windows]

Problem Description

I get this error when trying to build hello world example in esp8266-rtos-sdk

I tried to build a sample project from esp-idf extension and it built fine, so I guess the problem is in the esp8266-rtos-sdk project.
I've downloaded the release 3.4 from github.

I can't run make menuconfig in powershell or bash or esp-idf terminal
and I can't build through any either.
