more context

We expect the package version to be installed by dist-tag.
For nightly tag, we expect npm nightly versoin (currently 1.1.151-27998576.6a8afdfe ), but we have gotten 1.1.147-27979579.da9fdf23 version.

seems it works as expected now, there is a cache ttl about 10mins for version lookup
