[BUG] Marketplace does not load after install #5183

Describe the bug
After a clean install, marketplace does not load, console log shows a 404 error on https://erxes.io/plugins

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Clean install of version 1.8.0-rc.0
Login, click on Marketplace
Blank Page
Open console, refresh, see 404 error on https://erxes.io/plugins

Expected behavior
Load a list of plugins to add

erxes version 1.8.0-rc.0
installation type docker
