This could help for easy check the options supported by ponysay-tool since the _man_page for now only refer to ponysay.

This just need work on ./setup.py since manpage-ponysay-tool.6 contain the _man_page for ponysay-tool already ready (plus manpage-ponysay-tool.es.6 for spanish version).

I just brother to just now add the adecuate bug.
