Where is "choose an item" coming from? #13

Anytime I add Suggestion to agent, on facebook there's always a text added saying "Choose an item"
how can it be removed or translated?
I looked in the code but can't seem to find it anywhere

I've waited for the PR to be merged for but I needed the fix asap so I had to fork the package. The forked version with this feature implemented is here https://github.com/isbkch/dialogflow-webhook-php#installation
