Is there a way to change the theme ? Don't get me wrong but am not a big fan of the solarized color scheme.

Is there a theme from https://bootswatch.com/ you would prefer?
I can try to ease changing bootstrap themes. For now it is not convenient since some colors are hardcoded for the solar theme.

If you're using the docker image you can easily edit the css by editing the css location with docker compose volume path
Example :

  lms:
  ...
    volumes:
    ...
      - ${MY-LMS-CSS-FOLDER}/:/usr/share/lms/docroot/css/
