Dark theme broken on docs for initial load

Dark theme doesn't seem to be fully applied on initial load

Reproduction

I type this url and land on Table page.

Here's what I see.

When then I select Light, then select Dark theme - page looks as it should.

SSG issue. I think we can move to css variables in color someday and it will be fixed.
