Is all of the analysis currently being run on the data that was high pass filtered?
If so, at some point, we could possibly circle back to our initial processing. Specifically, we should repeat our analysis on unfiltered data and compare the result to the analysis of the 100Hz HP filtered data.
If I remember correctly, this was done on the AWS environment that Eileen had set up.

Yes, this is all run on a high pass filter. Rerunning the data on the cluster will take a little time, as we were running into some bottlenecks with cpu usage tokens. Not exactly sure how that works on the AWS side of things, but I know our processing was halted multiple times because we used all of our available tokens.
