NVD3 - Lealfet interpolation

Working: Firefox
Not Working as Expected: Chrome, Safari
Untested: IE

In both chrome and safari, an event(can be a click event on maybe the select bar outside the leaflet also updates the polygon to the right location on the map.

Workaround = > Going to try and see if a Marker behaves the same way instead of a polygon.

Update: Same issue when the polygon element is replaced with a marker
