When entering scene inspector (CTRL + ALT + i) while simultaneously having the cursor locked to the camera, causes scene inspector to open without unlocking the cursor. While this is an easy fix, when exiting scene inspector, even with the cursor unlocked, the camera then still believes the camera to be locked, and moving the mouse still results in the camera rotating (sometimes I had to repeat this process twice in a row to reproduce the bug). The only apparent way to resolve this on the users end is to refresh the page.
Not sure if we even want to support AFrame's built-in scene inspector? (in which case the solution here would be to somehow disable it) It gives access to very useful gizmos like transformation, rotation, and scale gizmos, but those in and of themselves can cause wonky duplication behavior with MYR.
