Req. Pause feature on realtime feeds

Feature request:

It's hard to read through the tweets when they seem to flicker constantly with new tweets. I genuinely want to read what people are saying.

My proposal is for the maintainer to implement a pause/resume button for the likes of here:

Yeah, it's a good idea. Had been planning on doing just that but never got around to it. Will try to add that as soon as the current craziness dies down!
