Tabs has a problem after upgrade Nova to 4.26. #295

Last working Nova version for me was 4.24, after upgrade to the latest version it is not working. Resource detail page with Tabs was not display when I clicked on the link. If I repeated for 2-3 times, the local web server is stopped working too. This is the error shown when I click on the link.

works fine for me on latest nova version 4.29.4
