is it possible to add a GUI version for Windows?

Hi,
There is a version with a GUI that works across windows mac and linux: https://github.com/emericg/OpenSubtitlesDownloadQt

But it is not really maintained, and the real problem is that on mac and linux, it does requires the manual installation of a couple of dependencies first, and that really makes it weird to install and use this software, instead of others that are geared toward windows GUI above all other use cases.
