Would like to know how to configure the logging level for the SFTP server through the configuration file in your docker-sftp project. I need to adjust the logging level to obtain more detailed logs.

Please provide instructions or examples on how to specify the logging level in the configuration file of the SFTP server.

It could be nice to see what kind of files have been transferred in the log.
