Update automatic metadata construction script to use new MTEBResults format.

Ideally, I would recommend a CLI like:

mteb meta --results {result-folder-for-model-results} --output-path {path_to_file}.md

Where output path can be an exisitng .md file, in which case it will just add the MTEB results to the yaml header.
