Weird errors in lap-doctor

Hey everyone,

lsp-mode is awesome and has worked great since I first started using it. However, I recently tried invoking lsp-doctor and noticed weird errors for the read-process-output-max check and gc-cons-threshold check. Everything seems to work fine otherwise. Any ideas why these errors are there?

Checking for Native JSON support: OK
Check emacs supports `read-process-output-max': OK
Check `read-process-output-max' default has been changed from 4k: ERROR
Byte compiled against Native JSON (recompile lsp-mode if failing when Native JSON available): OK
`gc-cons-threshold' increased?: ERROR
Using `plist' for deserialized objects? (refer to https://emacs-lsp.github.io/lsp-mode/page/performance/#use-plists-for-deserialization): OPTIONAL
Using emacs 28+ with native compilation?: OPTIONAL

Emacs version: 29.4
lap-mode version: 2024.12.14.2004
