Check if filename match exact homework name

For example in scenario we define task 1 with name "palindrome". If some student by mistake name his file palindrome.c script must evaluate it. Task index can be retrieved by checking toml scenario file.

We have different structure now and the students are used to the current naming convention. I think we should not do this.
