implement for method that can easily right click and hit annotate any pdf or Epub without need of the those annotate target

Do you know if this plugin is still working? Even after I toggled "Use Annotation Mode By Default," nothing happened when opening a new PDF file.

Obsidian Version: v1.6.7 (OS: Windows10 22H2)
