Menu for creating an annotation file for a local file (PDF, ePub, HTML) #385

Hello 👋 I have some PDF, ePub and HTML files that are stored in my vault. It'd be very nice if the following workflow is possible with this plugin:

Right-click the file (or the tab of the open file) to open its context menu.
Select "Annotate ..." context menu item.
The plugin checks if there's <original file name>.annotations.md exists.
- If exists, the plugin opens it.
- If not, the plugin creates one with annotation-target and annotation-target-type property auto-generated, and opens it.

On top of this, we could also introduce a plugin option that always opens a file with annotations enabled for select file types.
