Error in Tarmed import list KVG instead Lamal for French version #530

When importing a new Tarmed the selection of the list appear in German.
Preferences...System..General language is set to french
As nl=fr_CH and language=fr is passed by parameter, the path is Fichier..Paramètre..System..en général
