Clock color doesn't adjust for light/dark wallpaper #709

What Happened?

The clock is always white whether or not that is best for contrast with the background

Steps to Reproduce

Set a bright wallpaper like the yellow flower by Martin Adams
See that the clock is still white and hard to read

Expected Behavior

Clock should probably match the panel text color

8.x (Early Access)

Software Version

Latest release (I have run all updates)
