Problem

We currently use Contractor to provider the "Set as wallpaper" menuitem in the context menu. There is now an XDG Portal for this that we should use

Proposal

Use the wallpaper portal: https://valadoc.org/libportal/Xdp.Portal.set_wallpaper.html
