The state of the element-plus documentation

Am I the only one who thinks 1) Element-plus is the best UI library for Vue 3 and 2) I'm going to have to abandon it because of the poor state of the documentation ? If there was any sign of an effort to improve things I might reconsider. But the lack of examples for el-table sortable, default-sort, sort-method, etc. is just killing my project. I simply can't be confident that it will be possible to do things I did with jquery-datatables 10 years ago.

And searching the web, and stack overflow, etc. yields conflicting and incorrect examples. Even AIs are confused.

And I know all the talented Chinese engineers read English pretty well, but us English programmers don't all read Chinese.
