An identified priority task for reconstruction is implementing secondary vertexing (see discussion in May 22nd weekly S&C meeting).

Describe the solution you'd like
An algorithm which produces secondary vertices + relevant relations/associations. ACTS has tools already available to do this, and so is a good candidate for an initial implementation. An alternative to explore later would be KFParticle which is used in several experiments.
