v1.4.0

For this release we must:

Add:

examples folder with examples on how to integrate and use the app's API.
JSDoc to core files.
Document the usage of the API in README.md
Lowercase the minified version of the core (Draw2PNG.min.js).
Create docs folder with all the JSDoc.
Copyright header to minified version when compiling the core.
Release attachment for latest minified version.
Tutorial video to manual.
Donate option to Help tab.
