that's what the seekbar is for. just tip/hold the center of the screen when in reader.

Just a suggestion in next update could you change it I mean by just touching should show the remaining pages for a new user he wouldn't know how to use the app so I think in this way will be better

still at loss here. touch what?

having the value e.g. '10/24' on the seekbar already communicates that there are still 14 pages to read. the position of the slider also visualizes the current position in the book.

what else do you need?

Show the value 10/24 just by tapping instead of long press

on each tap? everywhere? where would it be displayed?

without planning to implement, i could imagine a permanent semi-translucent display on the bottom that can be enabled by the user. how about that?
