EDAM browser for non-EDAM ontologies

We would like to use the EDAM Browser for other ontologies.
An example is Semanticscience Integrated Ontology (SIO)
https://ontobee.org/ontology/SIO

Can you point me to a non-EDAM example that we could emulate?

Our content is close to the form expected by the EDAM Browser.
For example, here is a D3 dendrogram for SIO

Here is the JSON structure used by the dendrogram:

Our plan is to update the JSON for NULL fields; e.g. updating the SIO JSON to include content similar to EDAM properties and attributes.

We don't plan to tackle the Gene Ontology or similarly large ontologies.
We basically want to update select ontologies to "look like" the EDAM ontology in the EDAM browser.
