I'm interested in a windows version - what would be involved with getting the published artifacts to also support Windows?

JavaCPP seems like a potentially interesting helper project here, see:

The JavaCPP author states that the C API is included in the JavaCPP Presets for Tensorflow.

I would be happy to publish TF Scala for Windows. However, I have no way of testing and publishing windows artifacts. It would be great if you can give it a shot and it might just work as I don't there is any code that is platform-specific and CMake is used for compiling the native libraries.
