OS X 14.4.1 dmg install of eXist 6.2.0 c8fa4958b6d4a50bd0cba7f3e76a150226414187 2023-02-04T22:42:29Z,
eXide 3.5.0

eXide directory/db tab and File/Manage app point to modules/collections.xql, throwing a 404 error and not displaying the collections tree. The distribution has modules/collections.xq.
Changing the file name to collections.xql eliminated the error and correctly displays the collections tree.
