podfile.lock no such file or directory, how can I delete the pod part ?

As I see so far, the project includes some 3-rd party framework like Pods_ARuler.framework. If so, can I exclude this pod library or not ? If not, any suggestion for me to build this project without any error? Anyway, thanks a lot.
